Yes!! (chicago)

We count it a supremely high honor to have watched our dear friend Jon ask our other dear friend Courtney to marry him. To see that happen – and celebrate alongside their dearest friends and family – was amazing.

We’ve known this was coming for some time. But her surprise made our trip to Chicago more than well worth it.

We love you two:)

Tim Tab married bethany, and this is only a tiny taste of what it was like that day.

We met Tim Tabailloux at our very first Don’t Give Up Project. First impressions: this guy (raised in France) is hilarious….and wildly talented….and we want to be friends. Never in a million years did we dream that we would be so fortunate to be shooting his wedding just a hair over a year later.

And I have to be honest here. I’ve tried 6 times to come up with the words to this blog post. And I’ve thrown them out as there is no way to adequately describe what happened that day.

The best way I can put it is this: it was one of those experiences (and to those of you who have had them, you know exactly what I mean) that as the day unfolded, we became increasingly aware that we were no longer experiencing the natural, but the supernatural. It was a day when we all became very aware that we were caught up into something bigger and more beautiful than ourselves.

We are so thankful for our good friend Dave helping me shoot this wedding in the absence of my beautiful wife (as she was at home caring for zion).
This is our best attempt to show you what happened on that Wednesday in August, the day when God showed off and when Tim and Bethany became husband and wife.
